Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled date of arrival:If you've paid the full amount for your booking, we'll either re-schedule your booking free of charge or give a full refund.
If you've paid a deposit (the amount paid for the first night of your stay) only, we'll re-schedule your booking free of charge.
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled date of arrival:If you've paid the full amount for your booking, we'll re-schedule your booking at the administration charge of £10 per room. Alternatively we'll refund the amount you've paid over and above the deposit.
If you've paid a deposit only, we're not able to give a refund.
